Free One to One consultations are great for locking down your goals, exploring your barriers  and overcoming them with bespoke client centred solutions. These calls offer clarification, direction and a formalised structure to enable you to take your sport or fitness to the next level. Let’s take the guess work out if it. Athletes whose sport is not listed above but want detailed and tailored nutrition advice

People who have a history of depression and/or an eating disorder. I really am here to help and I promise to provide a caring and judgement free guidance to help you achieve your goals and feel better about yourself.

People who have an undiagnosed food intolerance / disorder. A one to one call will allow us to dive much deeper into the underlying cause and root of the problem.
